HOOS, ) ) Defendant. ) ORDER AND OPINION Mr. Cohee filed suit on August 1, 2023, requesting that this Court appoint a special prosecutor to investigate his mother for financial exploitation. Doc. 1 (the “Complaint”). Defendant moved to dismiss the Complaint (Doc. 6, the “MTD”) and Mr. Cohee did not respond.
