OPINION
CLAY, Circuit Judge.
Petitioner Mark Ross appeals an order denying his request for habeas relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, following Petitioner’s conviction for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and possession with intent to distribute cocaine in. violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, conspiracy to commit money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(h), and two counts of money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(l)(B)(i). For the reasons set forth below, we AFFIRM the district court.
