Came on for trial the complaint of the Trustee, Jeff Compton, for denial of the discharge of Mel Powers pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727. After consideration of the evidence and argument presented in this case, this court enters the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, and corresponding Judgment denying discharge.
