— Such proceedings were had in the trial court as resulted in a judgment in favor of William A. Greene, trustee in bankruptcy, against Ray Levinson, wife of Joseph Levinson, a bankrupt, for the sum of $118,000, with interest at the rate of six per cent per annum from June 27, 1919, amounting at the date of the judgment, March 28,1922, to the sum of $137,489.67, with interest at six per cent per annum from the date of the judgment, and costs to be taxed.
