Plaintiffs Sandra Sue Fuge and Devon Campbell, buyers under a written contract for the sale of land, brought this action for specific performance against defendants Glen Dixon and his wife Betty Dixon, sellers. Incorporated in the petition was a written contract, (the “second contract”), signed by the parties, dated March 13,1980. The petition alleged that the agreed purchase price was $20,480; that plaintiffs had paid defendants $11,890 of the purchase price and were willing to pay the balance “as agreed under the contract,” but that defendants had refused to…
