Defendant argues three issues on appeal. First, he contends that the trial court erred in concluding that the order and consent judgment executed between the parties on 7 December 1978 was modifiable; second, that the trial court erred in determining that the defendant had failed to meet his burden of proof in showing that the above document was integrated and therefore non-modifiable; and third, that the trial court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law are not supported by the evidence presented.
