Plaintiffs alleged themselves to be the owners, as heirs of Mrs. Mary Caroline Strong, deceased, of 80 acres of land situated in Webster parish, described as the E.% of S.W.% of section 10, township 23 north, range 9 west. They further allege that defendant was in possession without right or title, but, as they are informed and believe, was withholding same from petitioners—
