Plaintiff-appellant Board of Township Trustees of Washington Township, Richland County, Ohio, appeals from the May 23, 2000, Judgment Entry of the Richland County Court of Common Pleas.

STATEMENT OF THE FACTS AND CASE

Appellees Jeffrey L. Grogoza and William A. Grogoza are the lawful owners of seven parcels of land and an adjoining three-fourths of an acre located in Washington Township in Richland County.
