The majority opinion concluded that Mrs. Hager committed fraud in obtaining alimony from her former husband, Mr. Hager, by concealing her prior work history and ability to work. Consequently, the majority opinion has remanded this case to the circuit court to vacate the prior alimony award. My review of the evidence does not support the majority’s finding that Mrs. Hager committed fraud and is capable of working outside the home.
