CVS # 1549/CVS of Virginia, Inc. and GAB Robins North America, Inc. (collectively “employer”) appeal a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission (“commission”) awarding temporary partial disability compensation benefits payable to Lois H. Plunkett (“claimant”). Employer presents eleven assignments of error on appeal. 1 It contends the commission erred in finding that Ford Motor Co. v.
