JOHNSON, J.:

¶ 1 First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Carnegie (First Federal) appeals the trial court’s order denying its motion to fix fair market value of real property and discharging its deficiency judgment against Raymond L. Keisling and Janet L. Keisling, his wife. The trial court found that First Federal made an indirect purchase of real property formerly owned by the Keislings to satisfy a deficiency judgment.
