ISSUES

In this case a mother appeals from a judgment of the trial court which terminated her parental rights to two of her children, CAM and AAM, who are referred to in this opinion by these initials. The issues are whether the State carried its burden of proof by satisfying the requirements of LSA-R.S. 13:1601(B) and (D) for terminating parental rights, and (2) whether the trial court was legally authorized to award attorney’s fees to the attorneys appointed by the court to represent the interests of the parents.
