Quillian, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction for unlawful possession of more than one ounce of marijuana. He contends that the contraband was found during an illegal search. We do not agree. Held:

1. Defendant was arrested on a warrant charging him with the offense of armed robbery as he parked his brother’s car in front of a downtown store. He was handcuffed and taken to police headquarters.
