This action arises out of a partnership agreement. Defendants, Jeffrey Cole, Eva Cole, and Blue Marble Group, Inc. (“BMG II”) (collectively, the “defendants”), have moved to dismiss this action pursuant to Mass.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction.1 The Defendants contend that they had no significant contacts with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and that exercising personal jurisdiction over them would be inconsistent with due process.
