Hyde Recreation, a partnership composed of William C. Hyde, Gary Hyde and Clint Hyde (“the Partnership”), turned over a pool hall business known as Hyde Recreation (“the business”) to Steve Gill on June 14, 1993, under an agreement (“the Option Contract”) which provided Gill with a one-year lease and an option to purchase the business by May 15, 1994.
