This is a suit for mandatory injunction brought by appellee, J. B. Ddoley, against appellant, Lewis Dodson, to compel appellant to refrain from proceeding any further with completing his garage building and that appellant be compelled to remove said garage and structure from its present location and to locate same within the limits of the out-building line established by the restrictions and plot of Wolflin Estates or, in the alternative only, that same shall conform to the zoning ordinances of the City of Amarillo and be located at least 40 feet back of the front line of…
