To compensate an injury, which resulted in death to Chester Dicken, this suit was instituted by appellant, Mattie Dicken, widow of deceased, against appellees, Missouri Pacific Railroad Company and the Standard Gravel Company, in the Nevada Circuit Court.
In effect, the complaint alleged that the Standard Gravel Company is a domestic corporation, and the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company is a foreign railway corporation, authorized to do business in this State.
