— In an action to set aside a conveyance as fraudulent against the plaintiff creditor, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Rubin, J.), dated August 25, 1982, which denied its motion for summary judgment on its first cause of action. Order reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and motion for summary judgment on the first cause of action granted.
