This appeal arises out of the operation of a parking lot by defendants, Robert Najman, Marvin Lustbader and American National Bank, as trustee under trust No. 45967, in violation of a municipal zoning ordinance. The city of Chicago on December 2, 1981, filed a complaint pursuant to section 11 — 13—15 of the Illinois Municipal Code (Ill. Rev.
