Marian Secrist brought suit in the circuit court of Kane county against Anna Raffleson, administratrix of the estate of Sidney J. Raffleson, deceased, claiming damages for personal injuries sustained by her in an automobile accident while she was riding as a guest passenger in a motor vehicle of Sidney J. Raffleson. Sidney J. Raffleson died as a result of injuries he sustained in the same accident.
