PARKER, Justice.

This is a plea of privilege case. Ruby A. Mobley, individually and as administra-trix of the Estate of Bernard A. Mobley, deceased, as plaintiff, sought recovery for damages to her building and its contents which were destroyed by fire alleged by plaintiff to have been caused by the negligent acts of Mobil Oil Company and Jim Bulls, defendants. Suit was filed in Jefferson County, Texas. Defendant, Mobil Oil Company, filed a plea of privilege to be sued in Dallas County, Texas.
