State Ex Rel. Union Electric Light & Power Co. v. Bruce

Relator filed its petition in this court praying that a writ of mandamus be issued to compel the Hon. Leslie A. Bruce, Judge of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, to proceed to the trial of a certain issue growing out of a condemnation suit. The condemnation suit was filed, by relator, in the Circuit Court of Henry County against C.W. and May French, husband and wife.
