I. INTRODUCTION
A group of investors brings this action to recover losses stemming from the liquidation of two British Virgin Islands (“BVI”) based hedge funds in which they held shares: Lancer Offshore, Inc. (“Lancer Offshore” or the “Fund”) and Omni-Fund Ltd.
