Appellant Tyrice Griffin appeals from the judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County after Appellant was convicted of three counts each of robbery, conspiracy, firearms not to be carried' without a license, and person not to possess firearms. 1 Appellant contends that the trial court erred in imposing consecutive mandatory minimum sentences for his multiple robbery and conspiracy convictions pursuant to the second-strike provision of Pennsylvania’s récidivist sentencing statute.
