OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be modified by directing that defendant’s sentences run concurrently, and as so modified, affirmed.

Defendant was indicted on August 10, 2004, in a seven-count indictment charging him with unlawful surveillance in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, four counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, and promoting a sexual performance by a child.
