L,In this matter, the biological mother of two children appeals the trial court judgment granting an intrafamily adoption. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

K.P.D. and D.M.D. are the parents of two minor children, P.P.D. and D.W.D.1 K.P.D. and D.M.D. divorced in 2002, and on September 4, 2002, the Family Court for East Baton Rouge Parish awarded D.M.D. the sole custody of the children, subject to supervised visitation by their mother, K.P.D.
