Avon Products, Inc. (employer) and American Motorist Insurance Company (carrier) appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission * which rejected employer’s defense to a change of condition claim by Mary T. Ross (claimant) for additional workers’ compensation benefits arising out of a November 20, 1985 job-related injury. Claimant’s application for hearing requested a further award for compensation for the period of August 31, 1988 through December 22, 1989. Employer’s defense was tri-fold.
