Wallace and Freja Fol-ce 1 appeal from a summary judgment entered by the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Mills, J.) in favor of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company on their complaint seeking underinsured motorist (UM) payments from two policies issued by State Farm.
