This is a Workmen’s Compensation suit. Tbe trial judge found tbe plaintiff to be temporarily totally disabled from October 4, 1951 until January 20, 1952 and awarded him compensation at tbe rate of $2-5 per week for such period less tbe amount already paid the petitioner for temporary total disability for a period from October 4, 1951 to November 19, 19-51.
