HOLMAN, Presiding Judge.

This action was instituted by plaintiff in an effort to recover damages in the sum of $200,000 for the alleged breach of a lease by defendants. Defendants as trustees of a trust estate owned an eight-story building located at 12th and Grand Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri, which was leased to plaintiff in 1954 for a period of fifteen years. The building was destroyed by fire on July 4, 1960.
