STEWART, Judge.

Plaintiffs, the children of Louis Ploudre, Sr., deceased, brought an action in trespass and injunction against defendant, their stepmother. Defendant filed a counterclaim in three counts in which she sought to cancel a deed to the real estate in question, damages and a permanent injunction. Under the organization of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County the action was filed in Division 36 which is presided over by an associate circuit judge.
