This is an appeal by defendants below, Roy T. Boyer and Boyer Building Company, Inc. from a summary judgment entered in the circuit court of Jefferson County under Rule 74.04 V.A.M.R. in favor of the plaintiff, Carondelet Savings & Loan Association, in plaintiff’s action for a deficiency after foreclosure on a deed of trust held by Carondelet.
