Appeal from Giithrie Circuit Court. Plaintiff brought this action in equity to quiet title in him to a tract of one hundred and twenty acres of land. Defendants answered, denying that plaintiff was the owner of the land and, in a cross petition, the defendant, H. E. Long, alleged that lie was the unqualified owner of said land, and prayed that the title be quieted in bim as against plaintiff.
