Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Jeffrey M. Atlas, J.), rendered April 24, 2003, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the first and second degrees, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 25 years to life, unanimously affirmed.

Defendant’s sufficiency claim is unpreserved and we decline *317to review it in the interest of justice. Were we to review this claim, we would find that the evidence was legally sufficient to establish defendant’s accessorial liability (see People v Allah, 71 NY2d 830 [1988]).
