Plaintiffs Saxe, Bacon & Bolán, P. C. (“Saxe, Bacon”) a New York professional service corporation engaged in the practice of law, and thirteen individual attorneys affiliated with Saxe, Bacon (the “individual plaintiffs”) brought this action in New York State Supreme Court against defendant Martindale-Hubbell, Inc. (“M-H”) a New Jersey corporation and publisher of the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory (the “Directory”).
