SHEPARD, Justice.

Appellant Burr was convicted after trial by jury of rape, a class A felony, Ind.Code § 35-42-4-1 (Burns 1985 Repl.), and burglary, a class B felony, Ind.Code § 85-48-2-1 (Burns 1985 Repl.). He was sentenced to concurrent terms of imprisonment of 80 years and ten years. This Court affirmed Burr's convictions on direct appeal. Burr v. State (1980), 273 Ind. 280, 403 N.E.2d 343.

Burr now appeals the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief, presenting the following issues:
