This is an appeal by the plaintiffs from an adverse judgment rendered in a suit for declaratory judgment and for injunctive relief.
The plaintiffs, individual members of the Civil Service Commission of the City of New Orleans, appeal from the judment of the district court sustaining peremptory exceptions of no right of action and no cause of action.
