George Harris and Angelo Mamone appeal from judgments entered on jury verdicts in the District Court for the Southern District of New York (Lloyd F. MacMahon, Judge), convicting them of conspiracy to distribute heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 (Count One), and attempting to possess heroin with the intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (Count Two).
