This is an appeal from an order of the District Court for the Seventh Judicial District brand for Dawson County, Montana, awarding maintenance and child support. Petitioner appeals. We remand.

The issues on appeal are whether the District Court abused its discretion in awarding maintenance to the wife and ordering support payments higher than petitioner reasonably can be expected pay.
