Newton. McClure, the executor of Mary A. Harris, the deceased wife of P. N. Harris, filed his bill in the Chancery Court at Franklin, for the construction of her will, made in the execution of a power conferred on her by her deceased father’s will, in which he devised certain real and personal property to her sole and separate use.
