— By consolidation of these two mandamus actions in the superior court for Benton county, and by these appeals from the judgment of the superior court rendered therein, this has become principally a controversy between the relator Columbia Company, the owner of certain bonds of series B and C of the first issue of bonds of the Columbia Irrigation District, and the relator White, the owner of all the bonds of series A of the second issue of bonds of that district.
