The creditor-appellant, the Town of Hemp-stead Employees Federal Credit Union (the “appellant” or “Credit Union”) appeals from a decision of United States Bankruptcy Judge Dorothy Eisenberg, dated January 19, 1995, which: (1) granted the motion of Robert J. and Edith M.
