ORDER OF COURT ON MOTION FOR NEW TRIAL AND FOR JUDGMENT NOTWITHSTANDING THE VERDICT.

HOOPER, District Judge.

The above defendant waived a jury trial and the case was tried to the Court. At the conclusion of the evidence and arguments the Court (Tr. 128, et seq.) announced that a judgment of guilty woúld be entered, which was done.
