FRANKSTON, Administrator,
On December 31, 1979, defendants Latrobe Area Hospital and J. Steven Carter, M.D., filed a motion for partial summary judgment pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 1035. Thereafter, plaintiffs filed an answer containing new matter, defendants filed a reply thereto and on January 21,1980 we issued an order establishing a schedule for the submission of briefs and affidavits. On March 3, 1980, oral argument was held by means of a telephone conference call.
