This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the District Court of Washington County restraining the defendant, Nona R. Johnson, from entering certain premises located in said county. The defendant, in proceedings both in municipal and district court extending over a period of 2 years, and now here on appeal, contends that she is the owner and entitled to the possession of the real estate in question.
