Plaintiff brought this legal malpractice action against defendants, contending that they negligently failed to perfect a petition for judicial review to this court from a Workers’ Compensation Board order holding that plaintiffs injuries in an automobile accident did not arise out of and in the course of her employment and, therefore, that her claim was properly denied. The trial court granted a summary judgment for defendants on the ground that, had review been had, we would have affirmed the Board as a matter of law.
