— Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant was indicted on three counts of murder in the second degree (Penal Law § 125.25 [1], [2], [3]) and two counts of robbery in the first degree (Penal Law § 160.15 [1], [2]). He was informed that, as a condition to acceptance of his plea of guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter in the first degree (Penal Law § 125.20 [1]), he would be required to waive his right to appeal from the denial of his motion to suppress certain admissions he had made to the police.
