In an action to recover damages for personal *940injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Molia, J.), dated August 18, 2009, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendants Ernest Sbaschnik and Christine A. Sbaschnik which was for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
