GARVIN, District Judge.

On September 7, 1923, a libel was filed in this court by Demosthenes Helmis and others against the steamship Washington, her engines, boilers, etc., and against her freights, in a maritime' action for wages. Bertha Rembaugh, who had been appointed receiver in bankruptcy of Booras Bros., Inc., by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on July 18, 1923, filed an answer on September 19, 1923,’ by permission of this court, intervening in behalf and for the interests of the general creditors and the estate in bankruptcy of said Booras Bros.,…
