This was a suit by a servant against his master to recover damages for personal injuries caused by the negligence of the master in the use and maintenance of inferior and defective machinery. Negligence was also alleged in the failure of the master to instruct the servant, who was a minor and inexperienced, of the dangerous character of the machinery, and in its safe and proper use.
